Recipe of the month: Mangonada

There is something special about making a mangonada from scratch, especially during these hot tropical days when you need something cold, fresh, and packed with flavor. The combination of fresh mango, citrus, chamoy, and Tajín creates the perfect balance between sweet, spicy, tangy, and refreshing flavors. Adding orange juice and Pelón Pelo Rico gives this version an extra Mexican twist that makes every sip taste like summer in Mexico.

  • 2 limes

  • 2 cups of ice

  • 500 ml orange juice

  • Chamoy

  • Tajín
