Na’atik Cancellation & Changes Policy

IMMERSION PROGRAMS

If payment has been made toward your booking, please review the following policy:

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you cancel more than 6 months prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable $215 USD per person deposit.

  • If you cancel between 6 months and 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • If you cancel within 21 days of your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.

  • If you cancel all or part of your immersion package after arrival, no refund will apply to unused days.

  • In all applicable cases, processing fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.

CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING

  • You may reschedule your program once, subject to availability.

  • New program dates must be scheduled within 6 months of the original arrival date.

  • If you choose to reschedule instead of cancel:

    • Any price difference due to seasonal or program cost changes must be covered by the participant.

  • Requests to reschedule must be made with sufficient notice and are subject to availability.

  • If rescheduling is not possible due to availability or timing constraints, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

EXCURSIONS

  • Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an excursion.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • In case of illness or accident, we will do our best to reschedule, although this cannot be guaranteed.

  • If weather or external conditions prevent the excursion from taking place, we will work with you on rescheduling or refund options.

  • Any applicable refund will exclude processing fees.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

  • Payments made toward your booking indicate acceptance of this policy.

  • Only one change per reservation is allowed.

  • All refunds, changes, or rescheduling requests are handled in coordination with our administrative and program teams.

  • We aim to be fair and transparent, understanding that changes impact teachers, host families, transportation, and community partners.

    Promotion Terms and Conditions

    SUMMER SALE

    • Promotion Period
      This promotion is valid through September 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Mexico Time).

    • Promotional Tuition Rates

    • First week of tuition: USD $775 (regular price: USD $1,100)

    • Each additional week of tuition: USD $725 (regular price: USD $1,050).

    • Promotion rates just apply to group classes, private classes do not apply.

    • What Is Included
      This promotion applies only to program tuition.

    • What Is Not Included
      Promotional pricing does not apply to accommodation, meals, airport transfers, local transportation, cultural activities, excursions, immersion experiences, materials fees, or any other services provided by Na'atik.

    • Booking Requirement
      To secure the promotional rate, the required deposit must be received by Na'atik on or before September 21, 2026.

    • Travel Dates
      The promotional rate may be applied to bookings with arrival dates at any time during 2026 or 2027, provided the required deposit is paid before the promotion deadline.

    • Non-Combination with Other Offers
      This promotion may not be combined with any other discount, scholarship, promotional offer, referral credit, or special pricing arrangement.

    • Price Guarantee
      Once the required deposit has been received during the promotional period, the promotional tuition rate will be honored for the confirmed booking.

    • Changes, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
      Any changes, rescheduling requests, cancellations, refunds, or other modifications remain subject to Na'atik’s standard booking, cancellation, and refund policies in effect at the time of booking.

    • Availability
      All programs are subject to availability and minimum enrollment requirements.

    • Promotion Modifications
      Na'atik reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time. However, bookings confirmed with a deposit received during the promotional period will retain the applicable promotional rate.

    By making a booking under this promotion, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    • Valid only for any arrival date new bookings made during the Spring Sale period. (Until June 21st).

    • Transfer from Tulum Airport (Other tranfers will apply aditional cost).

    • Rescheduling follows our standard policy.

    TEACHERS DISCOUNT

    • 5% discount all year long.

    • Valid only for any active teachers. (Must show proof of employment).

    • Cannot be combined with other promotions.

    • Discount applies to program tuition. (Add ons, transfers and excursions are excluded).

    • Non-refundable deposit still applies.

    • Transfer from Tulum Airport (Other tranfers will apply aditional cost).

    • Rescheduling follows our standard policy.
