Na’atik Cancellation & Changes Policy
IMMERSION PROGRAMS
If payment has been made toward your booking, please review the following policy:
Cancellations
If you cancel, we will refund all but the non-refundable $150 USD per person deposit up until 3 weeks prior to your original program start date.
If you cancel within 21 days of your original start date, no refund will be issued, but your payment will be respected for a rescheduled program (see “Changes and Rescheduling” below).
If you cancel all or part of your immersion package after arrival, no refund will apply to unused days.
In any case where a refund applies, processing fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING
We strive to accommodate changes when possible. Please read carefully:
You may change program dates once, subject to availability.
New program dates must be within 6 months of the original arrival date.
Changes must be requested at least 8 weeks before the original scheduled arrival.
After rescheduling, the non-refundable deposit increases to 50% of the total quoted program cost.
Special cases may be discussed with our program coordination team; however, approval cannot be guaranteed.
If rescheduling is not possible due to lack of notice, date availability, or exceeding the allowed time window, the original cancellation policy applies and payments are not refundable.
EXCURSIONS
If you need to cancel an excursion booked through Na’atik:
Please inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled excursion are refundable.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable, as teachers, guides, and local partners have already been confirmed.
In the event of illness or accident preventing participation, we will do our best to reschedule, although a new date cannot be guaranteed.
If weather conditions or external circumstances prevent the excursion from being delivered as advertised, we will work with you to determine rescheduling or refund options.
Any applicable refund in these scenarios will be issued excluding processing fees.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
Payments made toward your booking indicate acceptance of this cancellation and change policy.
All refunds, adjustments, or rescheduling are processed in coordination with our administrative and program teams.
We are committed to working with our travelers fairly and transparently and appreciate your understanding, as changes affect teachers, host families, transportation, and community partners.
