Na’atik Cancellation & Changes Policy
IMMERSION PROGRAMS
If payment has been made toward your booking, please review the following policy:
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel more than 6 months prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable $215 USD per person deposit.
If you cancel between 6 months and 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
If you cancel within 21 days of your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.
If you cancel all or part of your immersion package after arrival, no refund will apply to unused days.
In all applicable cases, processing fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
CHANGES AND RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your program once, subject to availability.
New program dates must be scheduled within 6 months of the original arrival date.
If you choose to reschedule instead of cancel:
Any price difference due to seasonal or program cost changes must be covered by the participant.
Requests to reschedule must be made with sufficient notice and are subject to availability.
If rescheduling is not possible due to availability or timing constraints, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
EXCURSIONS
Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an excursion.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
In case of illness or accident, we will do our best to reschedule, although this cannot be guaranteed.
If weather or external conditions prevent the excursion from taking place, we will work with you on rescheduling or refund options.
Any applicable refund will exclude processing fees.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
Payments made toward your booking indicate acceptance of this policy.
Only one change per reservation is allowed.
All refunds, changes, or rescheduling requests are handled in coordination with our administrative and program teams.
We aim to be fair and transparent, understanding that changes impact teachers, host families, transportation, and community partners.
