Once You Hamaca, You Never Go Back!

When our new staff and study abroad students first see a hammock (hamaca in Spanish) alongside their bed, a lot of them can't even imagine spending the whole night sleeping in one. But by the end of their stay they truly embrace hammock life. The majority of people who live in Felipe Carrillo Puerto sleep in hammocks. Not only does it keep you cool, but it's the comfiest night's sleep you'll ever have. The Na'atik team has been working hard, as always, putting together their top tips on how to sleep in a hammock.

Take a look at the Na'atik team's favorite hammock sleeping positions:

Maestro Steven: The Classic

Maestra Rachelle: The Superman

Maestro Joe: The Californian Chillax

Sugeidy: The Recliner

Catherine and Pedro: Marriage

Doña Norma: Taking A Break

Cesar: The Caribbean Crossover

Jason: The Irishman

Mari: The Glamourpuss

Maestra Rowan: The Faceplant

Emily: The Cocoon

Doña Mari: The Blanket

Hannah: The Running Man

Next time you're in Felipe Carrillo Puerto try sleeping in a hammock!
