Since then Leonel has thrived on this opportunity expressing deep gratitude for the doors that learning English has opened for him.
For Leonel English is more than a language, it's a gateway to a world of possibilities. He dreams of living abroad in an English speaking country like USA, Canada, the UK or Australia, where his language skills will pave the way for new experiences. His ambition doesn't stop there Leonel plans to pursue architecture or industrial engineering at university fueled by his growing expertise in tools like AutoCAD which he's mastering at school. His vision for the future is clear to blend his creative talents with technical skills in a global setting.
At Na'atik, Leonel has found a community that nurtures his aspirations. Over the years he has worked with six teachers from different countries including USA, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, each bringing unique perspectives that enrich his learning. Interacting with these educators has been a highlight for him offering authentic insights into the cultures of English speaking countries. He also cherishes the friendships he's built some lasting since his first year like those with classmates Yana and Hugo. Leonel vividly recalls his first graduation at the Dome in his neighborhood, a moment that solidified his connection to Na'atik.
Beyond academics Leonel's life is filled with creativity and joy. He loves baking desserts with his mom playing Splatoon 3 on his Nintendo Switch and listening to his favorite band. These hobbies reflect his dynamic personality and ability to balance school passions and personal growth. This year Leonel is particularly excited about working toward a Cambridge certificate, a goal that will mark a significant milestone in his English studies.
