Ingredients

  • 3 kg Apple

  • 350 gr Pecan Nuts

  • 2 lt Sour Cream (or in some stores you can actually ask for mexican crema)

  • 1/5 kg Pineapple in syrup

  • 100 gr Dehydrated cranberries

  • 500 ml Sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 kg Panela cheese (you can skip it if you can't get it)

Preparation

  1. Slice the sausages and place them in a container.

  2. Make the sauce by blending one of the bars of Philadelphia cream cheese, 2 cups of cream and the chipotle chilis to taste.

  3. Taste a little bit of the sauce with a spoon. If necessary, add more Philadelphia cream cheese, or chipotle to taste. Mix the ingredients well.

  4. Fry the sausages in butter in a large pan until they begin to turn brown.

  5. Add the previously prepared sauce to the sausages. Mix well to combine the ingredients.

  6. Cook over low heat for five to ten minutes, stirring the sausages constantly.

  7. Let them cool before eating. Although this is usually a cold snack, it can also be eaten warm without losing its rich flavor.

  8. That's it, you're done! Now you can enjoy this delicious snack! If you like, you can serve it with tortilla chips or eat it on its own. ¡Buen provecho!
