  • 1/5 kg Pineapple in syrup

  • 100 gr Dehydrated cranberries

  • 500 ml Sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 kg Panela cheese (you can skip it if you can't get it)

Preparation

  1. Wash, peel, core, and cut the apples into medium-sized cubes to ensure a balanced texture in every bite.

  2. Chop the pecan nuts and dried cranberries into smaller pieces so they distribute evenly throughout the salad.

  3. Drain the pineapple in syrup thoroughly and cut it into small, bite-sized cubes.

  4. Cut the panela cheese into small, uniform cubes for a consistent flavor and presentation.

  5. Place the apples, pecans, cranberries, pineapple, and cheese in a large mixing bowl and gently combine.

  6. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well integrated.

  7. Pour the cream mixture over the fruit and cheese, then gently fold until all ingredients are evenly coated without breaking them.

  8. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend and the salad to chill properly.

    ¡Buen provecho!
