Online Classes

Logistics:
Online classes should be arranged through the school, rather than the individual teacher, and take place via the Na’atik Teams account.
You must have the Microsoft Teams program downloaded onto your tablet or computer, a webcam and, preferably, a headset with a microphone.
If possible, arrange to have class in a quiet, well-lit space where you will not be disturbed for the duration of the lesson.
Check that you have a good internet connection.
If you do not have time to complete homework assignments, please let your teacher know so they can plan accordingly.

Payment:
A PayPal invoice will be sent to you prior to the first class. The PayPal invoice must be paid in full before the first class takes place.


Changes or Cancellations:
Any cancellations or changes to the agreed schedule must be made 24 hours before the scheduled class or we will not be able to reschedule the class. Both the teacher and the Online Program Assistant should be contacted.
The teacher will wait 15 minutes for the student to attend the class but if they do not attend during that time, the teacher will leave the session and it will not be rescheduled.
If you cancel the online classes package, you get 60% back of what is remaining on your package.
If you miss two consecutive classes without contacting either the teacher or the Online Program Assistant via email, either prior to missing the classes or within a week after the second missed class to reschedule, the remaining classes in the package may be cancelled in its entirety, without refund.
